Sports Eligibility Packet

Due to the nature of our program, Middle College High School does not have athletic teams.

Students interested in playing a sport while at Middle College must complete the Sports Eligibility Packet with their parents. You will need to take your completed packet and meet with principal, who will determine whether or not you are eligible to play.

In order to be approved to play, students must:

1. Have a GPA of at least 3.0 
2. Play at their resident WCCUSD high school
3. Maintain a GPA of at least 3.0 throughout the season
4. Be in good standing with MCHS

Please note that students WILL NOT be excused from classes for practices. Students will be excused for games from high school classes ONLY. It is the responsibility of the student to provide the office with a copy of the game schedule and to check in with the office on the day of the game to be excused. We cannot excuse students from college classes for any reason.

Approval is only valid for the season. You must re-apply for approval from the principal each year.
